Figueroa Street in Carson. It is near the 110 freeway and Harbor General
Hospital. There are one and two bedroom apartments with one bathroom that are
quite spacious and project a "warm" feeling. The kitchens and bathrooms have
recently been remodeled to include granite countertops. There is a solar heated
swimming pool, a barbeque area and a laundry room. The low density grounds area
has a lot of grass and plants. There is ample parking for multiple cars. The
buildings and parking are gated and include excellent safety features, such as
closed circuit TV monitoring the entry gate, and remote opening of the main
courtyard entry gate. The building has cable TV access as well as a master
antenna system that offers excellent free airwave TV reception. There is an
atmosphere of friendship and community in the building.
